Please make sure you provide a full delivery address including postcode, the name of the recipient and a contact telephone number. Deliveries will need to be signed for.

National deliveries are undertaken by City-Link couriers, some local work is via Fastway.

Standard next day delivery charges
Up to 10kg £9.99
Thereafter approximately £1.00 per additional Kg.

Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel islands
Surcharges may apply to deliveries in these areas. Please call for details

Tracking
You will be e-mailed to advise despatch of your goods, this e-mail will contain a consignment number and website address for you to track your consignment.

Speed of service - delivery
Standard next day delivery pre 5.30pm
To most UK mainland addresses. Certain remote areas may take longer.

International deliveries
We cannot ship to addresses outside the UK.
Please note we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times as these can be affected by events beyond our control. All shipments are despatched in good faith, and as such we do not accept late delivery as a valid reason for refund or return of goods.
